What is a Custom Dial?

A custom Dial is a dial that has custom / aftermarket additions or modifications to the item not done by Rolex. Please note this will void the ability to have the watch serviced or authenticated by an authorized Rolex dealer such as Ben Bridge, Jareds etc. The original dial can be reinstalled should you need your Rolex to return to its factory specifications. All authentication, servicing and repair will need to be done at an independent jeweller or watchmaker. There are many highly qualified independent watchmakers located throughout the world.

How is the dial condition determined?
